Excellent outlet. 40 min from manhattan. There is a bus shuttle that takes there - 16 usd both directions.

The mall is super good. There are many food stops, designer stores, and an arcade named “Round 1” that is spacious and has a very clean atmosphere. It’s never dirty, and many stairs at every section if you want to go back up!! It’s super amazing

So many stores. They are opening up a few new ones. Lots of parking. Best to go during the week if you can. They restock on Wednesday. Weekends it's packed. You can find the directory of stores online

Any day you go, you will get deal/sale there. Lots of factory outlets therefore you will get better price than retail stores. Besides that- you need to 1/2 state sales tax if you buy anything from here

One of my favorite malls in New Jersey. They have lots of nice shops in this mall. Also a nice food court. Staff were very friendly. Lots of store sale items were available. A variety of stores as well. I will visit this mall in the future.

Lot of parking available, lot of entrances. Mall is clean with varieties of stores to food places. Cost of food is also not crazy compared to all the upscale stores. The only thing the customers should be aware is, if you purchase anything in this outlet mall, especially brand names, you cannot exchange or return anywhere else in normal stores in any mall. It has to be a outlet mall. So, now you know there is clear distinguishing factor amongst the products sold in outlet malls vs regular stores.

I’ve been visiting The Mills at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth for quite some time now, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. Whether I am stopping by for a quick errand or spending the whole afternoon browsing, it is consistently a great place to shop. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I find the layout easy to navigate. Overall, it’s a very good mall with a reliable selection, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the NJ area.

Wow, I was genuinely surprised by how amazing this mall has become! It's clearly gone through a fantastic transformation, boasting massive stores that can fulfill just about any shopping desire. I especially loved the unique toy stores, and it's a dream come true for sneakerheads and anyone into resale. Plus, it perfectly balances bargain stores with some really wonderful higher-end shopping experiences.
